Ronak Pandit brings a wealth of experience and knowledge both as a shooter himself and as a coach having represented India on many occasions in both capacities. The best thing that I like about Ronak is that he has a very structured and organized approach which is crucial for high-performance training in every sport. I wish the Ronak Pandit Shooting Centre all the best and I am sure it will contribute to many medals tor India in the future.

Ronak's possibilities as a shooter are extremely high. He has impeccable theoretical knowledge about the technique of a good shot. His work as the coach during the preparation for the London Olympic Games had amazed me. At such young age he works as an experienced professional! He has strong perseverance with the confidence of success. It is only a matter of time that his students will be at the top of the Olympics.

Ronak Pandit is an exceptional coach who understands the process of skill acquisition and integrating these skills into your competition game plans such that they become automatic in competition leading to peak performance in your sport.

It was a great experience working with Ronak Pandit. The training program was tailored to suit my style which is what works best for me. And Ronak’s temperament as a coach is perfectly suitable for the sport. Always calm, composed and ready to help. His ‘every situation can be worked around’ approach helps immensely in boosting one’s self-confidence.
RPSC is a place of learning patience, discipline, and performance, the 3 pillars of success in all fields, sports and otherwise. I have seen Ronak grow from strength to strength over many years. He works with world-renowned sports specialists, learns from his own experiences and the experiences of his students. He is always improving.

The Ronak Pandit Shooting Centre is one of the best academies in India for pistol shooting. Ronak sir and Heena mam are great mentors and they know the requirements of elite athletes. Their training helped me become an Olympian and win four medals at the 2023 Asian Games.

It was a privilege to work with Mr. Ronak Pandit in the National Team. His vast experience and deep knowledge of the sport have been truly inspiring. His friendly and approachable nature, combined with his professionalism and constant willingness to help, made him an exceptional coach. His contribution to the development of athletes and the team is deeply appreciated.

Ronak Pandit sir has helped me evolve as a person and an athlete. Not only has he provided me with knowledge, opportunities and taught me grit, but has also made sure along with the entire staff of RPSC that I have a home away from home. Ronak sir is very strong technically and has a lot of patience. He catches the smallest of errors and corrects them properly. Thanks to his guidance, I represented India at several international competitions and even won medals the World Cup.

Training under Coach Ronak Pandit has been a truly transformative experience for me. Having first worked with him when he was the National Head Coach during international competitions, I've had the immense privilege of working with him over the past year. His profound technical knowledge, meticulously structured training methods, and unwavering focus on mental conditioning have been instrumental in significantly enhancing my performance. His approach is remarkably athlete-centric, disciplined, and process oriented with strong emphasis on technique. More than just a coach, his guidance has genuinely helped me grow not only as a shooter but also as a professional. I am truly proud to be associated with him and RPSC.

I have been training with Ronak sir at RPSC since a few years and it's under his guidance that I won medals at the national level and entered the National Squad and made it to the World Cup team. What I appreciate most about him is he is passionate to understand the problems, abilities and shortcomings of the shooter and trains them for the long innings. He is very flexible with his methods and my experience with him has been wonderful.

I met Ronak sir 7 years ago. I had started my training in RPSC from 2012 to 2017, which led to training under him and developed my personality as an international shooter within the first 2 years of my training. I’m thankful to Ronak sir for bringing remarkable improvement in my shooting career. He is a very passionate, motivational and disciplined Coach. I am delighted to find this talented coach, mentor, ideal person and I had a wonderful experience with him as the best person and of course the best Shooter.

I started taking training under Ronak Pandit in Oct 2012 and in the same year, I secured my 1st individual medal in Nationals. Getting selected for the World Cup in 2017 was one of the greatest moment of my life and all this was possible only because of Ronak Pandit. During matches there used to be a moment where I felt I was losing my confidence or focus or sometimes used to act foolishly but Ronak exactly knew the best suitable for me. He is the most understanding Coach I have ever seen. I wish you become “The best Coach in the World, which you deserve”.

Ronak Sir and his entire team are very supportive and understanding. They have always helped me out when I have needed them to. And Ronak sir has always cleared any doubt I have on my mind no matter how many times I ask them with the same patience and understanding. My performance has been improving gradually and they've all been guiding me along the way and I'm extremely grateful to all of them.

Sir, It had been an amazing training tenure with you since October 2017 with kickstart in the 61st NSSC till the end of 2018. Achievements like India Number 1, Asia Number 1 and World Number 1 couldn’t have been possible at all without your mentorship and guidance. Your techniques and eminent psychology training helped me in a rapid increase in my score and brought numerous laurels to my name, Indian Airforce and the country.
After such unmatchable experience, I’m looking forward to more such golden opportunities in the future to train with you sir, Thank you.
